Henry was a farmer. He was born in Andover, started his family in Greenfield, then moved on the Milford, and finally settled in Amherst, New Hampshire.

Three of the children reported in some genealogies have no records -- Eliza and Mary and the twin of Azel Bailey named Mary Bailey.
