Will
New Hampshire. Probate Court (Merrimack County); Probate Place: Merrimack, New Hampshire, Probate Records, Vol 25, 1847-1856, will of William Abbot 3 Jun 1848In his will written 3 June 1848, William Abbot bequeathed to beloved wife Rebecca all the household furniture and the use of all of the dwelling house that she chooses during her lifetime. She also receives $200 per year and other provisions for her support. Son William Abbot receives $100. Daughter Rebecca Abbot receives $1,000 and the right to remain in the dwelling house as long as she is unmarried. Daughter Phebe C. Lund wife of Joseph Lund receives a sum which will total $1,000 when added to what she has already received. Son Moses B. Abbot receives $2,000. Sons Isaac and Moses receive all the rest of the estate and are named executors.
