On 29 December 1772, Samuel Sanderson of Westminster purchased sixty-three acres of the third division, lot ninety-one from Joseph Hasley, Jr. of Westminster for £62.13.5. On 9 November 1797, Samuel Sanderson, yeoman of Gardner, in consideration of $63, sold to Nathan Gates apiece of land of about six acres that was part of the third division, lot number ninety-one. On 15 July 1799, Samuel Sanderson of Gardner, inconsideration of $600, conveyed to Moses Sanderson of Halifax, Vermont a tract of land in Gardner from the third division, number ninety-one containing about fifty-six acres.[1]In this one, Moses sells back the same property to Samuel and there is agreement that Moses will support Samuel and his wife Lydia for the remainder of their natural lives. 153:525
