He seems to marry somebody –maybe Lydia if he is the one living in Barnard, VT – no, not Lydia as they marry in 1792 – too early – there is an Asa born in 1775 who dies at Boston in 1820 – probably no way to tell what happens to him – he is not the Barnard VT one – the Amos who dies in Boston has a widow Catherine who is Catherine Cary –Catherine dies in 1823 and has a probate that names four children – Catherine who is married, Sarah, William, and Asa
