On 25 May 1825, Phineas Carlton, yeoman of Andover with Joanna his wife relinquishing right of dower, in consideration of$25, conveyed to Benjamin Carlton of Boxford a tract of land in Andover of about three-fourths of an acre. On 18 April 1828, Phineas Carlton, yeoman of Andover, sold ten acres to Simeon Foster for payment of $240. Phineas sold twenty acres to John Runnells on 9 February 1830 and twelve acres to Benjamin Carlton,Jr. on 25 March 1830.[1]
