Property
On 8 May 1781, Jonathan Daby, yeoman of Fitchburg, in consideration of £600, conveyed a tract of land in Fitchburg to Amos Darby of Fitchburg. Also on 8 May 1781, for payment of £300, Jonathan sold a tract of land in Fitchburg to Thomas Eaton. On 5 April 1788, Jonathan Daby, yeoman of Fitchburg with wife Mehitable, in consideration of £10, quitclaimed to Abraham Adams rights to a parcel of land in Fitchburg. On 9 July 1798, Jonathan Daby, yeoman of Fitchburg with wife Mehitable, in consideration of $300,conveyed to Abraham Edwards of Ashby a 40-acre tract in Fitchburg. On 8 April 1806, Jonathan Daby of Fitchburg with his wife Mehitable, in consideration of$400, conveyed to William Whitridge of Reading a 100-acre tract in Fitchburg.[1]91:577, 112:549, 112:186, 155:514, 164:2
