Thomas Gould sold to Thomas, Jr. of Charlestown, a tract of land in Lunenburg of 48 acres with all the buildings for payment of $800. On 1 April 1812, Thomas Gould of Lunenburg sold to Thomas Gould, Jr. of Charlestown for payment of $1,033 three tracts of land in Lunenburg. On 3 May 1821, Thomas Gould, gentleman of Lunenburg,conveyed to Thomas Gould, yeoman of Charlestown, for payment of $430 four pieces of land in Lunenburg totaling about 43 acres. On 13 May 1826, Thomas Gould of Charlestown conveyed these same four pieces to his brother-in-law Joseph Hayden, shipwright of Boston, for payment of $588. On 17 May 1826,Thomas sold to Joseph Hayden his right of mortgage that he held on a property of Sampson Gould for payment of $520. On 14 June 1836, Thomas Gould of Charlestown with his wife Lydia sold to Sabra Hayden wife of Joseph Hayden of Boston a 40-acre farm in Lunenburg with all buildings for payment of $700.[1]
