On 7 January 1816, Benjamin Goodridge quitclaimed to Sewall Goodridge and Zabdiel Goodridge his rights to the real estate of their honored father Oliver Goodridge for payment of $856.80. On 1 January 1835, Samuel Dunsmoor and wife Elizabeth of Charlestown, New Hampshire quitclaimed to Oliver N. Goodrich their rights to several tracts of land owned by Zabdiel Goodrich deceased for payment of $53.[1]
