Property
In 1809, several of the children of Moses and Mary related to their rights as heirs of the estate of grandmother, Rebecca Goodridge (who died 4 March 1809),sold their rights in the estate for twelve dollars each to Peter Brown. Those heirs selling their portions were Thomas Ritter of Lunenburg, Elizabeth Pearson wife of William Pearson of Boston, Hannah Ritter of Boston, and Priscilla Ritter of Walpole, New Hampshire. On 21 July 1809, Moses Ritter, Jr. of Lunenburg also sold his right in the estate of his grandmother Rebecca Goodridge to Peter Brown. On 3 May 1809, Isaac Spalding of Wilton on behalf on his children,great-grandchildren of Rebecca Goodridge, sold their rights in the estate to Peter Brown.[1][1] Massachusetts Land Records, Worcester County, 191:69; 171:521, 191:70
