On 23 June 1797, Jonathan Osgood, gentleman of Wendell sold to Elihu Osgood, gentleman of Wendell, for £80 a lot in Wendell being lot 62 of the “Gentleman’s Plan so-called” containing about 100 acres. On 10 August 1799, Jonathan Osgood, gentleman of Wendell, sold to Phineas Osgood, yeoman of Wendell, for $700 one-half part of the land on which Jonathan lives containing about 80 acres. On 5 August 1806, Jonathan Osgood, gentleman of Wendell, for the love and good will he has for his son and payment of one dollar, conveyed to Jonathan Osgood, Jr. of Boston a lot of land in Shutesbury containing 72 acres. On 21 January 1809, Jonathan conveyed to his son Phineas the other halfof the farm for payment of $700.[1][1]Massachusetts Land Records, Franklin County, 16:590, 19:319, 24:164, 28:515
On 22 June 1773, Jonathan Osgood of Lancaster, gentleman,with his wife Joanna sold to Daniel Robbins, gentleman of Lancaster, for payment of £364 his property in Lancaster.[1]
