On 5 November 1747, William Page joined his brothers Joseph, Jonathan, Nathaniel, and David, all of Lunenburg, in a quitclaim of any rights to the estate of their honored father Samuel Page to their brother Samuel Page, brickmaker of Medford. On 27 March 1751, William Page, yeoman of Lunenburg with his wife Sarah, in consideration of £213.6.8, conveyed to John Farwell of Littleton a tract of thirty acres in Lunenburg.[1]
On 4 December 1750,William Page, husbandman of Lunenburg, for payment of £52.13.4, purchased of Enos Buxton of Salem four land parcels in New Salem: 35 acres of homelot No. 45; homelot No. 44 containing 35 acres; lot No. 75 with 100 acres; and 100 acres of lot No.20. On 7 November 1757, William conveyed 40 acres in New Salem running along lot No. 20 to William Page, Jr. for thirteen shillings and four pence.[2]
On 10 November 1779(recorded 4 January 1794), William Page of New Salem, in consideration of£1,000 paid by William Page, Jr. of New Salem, conveyed to William land in New Salem that was part of the third division lot No. 20. This property adjoined property currently occupied by his son Timothy Page.[3]On 15 April 1769, Timothy Page, husbandman of New Salem, in consideration of sixteen pounds, conveyed to William Page, Jr., husbandman of New Salem a parcel of land in New Salem being part of lot sixty-three consisting of about forty acres.[4]
