On 23 July 1774, NathanielLawrence, yeoman, from Robert Gilm was of Winchester, New Hampshire when hepurchased for £25 from Robert Gilmoor the whole of the property on whichNathaniel was residing except twenty acres that Nathaniel previously deeded tohis son Nathaniel. On 2 July 1770, Nathaniel had deeded to his son Nathaniel,Jr. the twenty acres for payment of £30. On 6 May 1789, Nathaniel Lawrence,yeoman of Winchester, in consideration of £50, conveyed to William Lawrenceone-half of the right of land laid out to Benjamin Prescott, except whatNathaniel previously sold.
