On 29 March 1851, Peter F. Shedd yeoman of Milford with his wife Mary P. Shedd, in consideration of five hundred dollars, conveyed to David B. Shedd gentleman of Temple a 30-acre tract in Milford, noting there was a two-hundred-dollar mortgage on the property. On 24 March 1852, Peter F. Shed and his wife Mary P. Shed conveyed two smaller tracts in Milford to David B. Shed of Temple. On 7 August 1852, Peter F. Shedd of Milford, in consideration of one hundred and fifty dollars, conveyed two tracts of land in Milford to Joseph K. Shedd of Milford, noting a mortgage of one hundred and fifty dollars on one of the properties. On 1 March 1855, Peter F. Shedd and his wife Mary P. Shedd of Milford, in consideration of three hundred dollars, conveyed a tract of land in Milford to David B. Shed on Temple.1
