On 2 November 1792, Samuel Pearson, Jr. of Reading purchased 22 acres in Reading from Asa Boutwell for twelve pounds. On 12 November 1792, Samuel Pearson, Jr. of Reading acquired further property in Reading from (likely his father) Samuel Pearson of Windsor.[1]
On 24 April 1826, Samuel Pearson of Reading conveyed 22 acres in Reading to Flynn Pearson for payment of three hundred dollars. On the same date, Flynn in recorded as conveying this same property to Samuel for payment of three hundred dollars. On 2 January 1834, Samuel of Reading conveyed 84 acres in Reading to Samuel Pearson, Jr.[2]
