There is some information in a book called Early Settlers of Alabama related to her husband Joseph Watkins. Although it is not clear that this is really her husband. The internet trees say husband is Archibald Stokes. According to the Alabama settlers book, Joseph Watkins first married Mary and after Mary's death he married her sister Delia. The same book says "Archie Stokes" married a different one of the Sayre sisters. A total of five of the sisters came to Georgia. Mary and Delia married Joseph Watkins. One of the sisters married Andrew Rembert, one married Elijah Stuart, and one married Archie Stokes.
