Elijah and father Daniel deeds – 178:186 and 189:106On 15 July 1802 (recorded 29 March 1806), Daniel Stiles with his wife Sarah of Middleton, for the love and affection he bore his son, conveyed to Elijah Stiles, a minor, the easterly half of the dwelling house and one-half of the farm in Middleton. On 15 January 1809, Elijah and Tabitha Stiles, in consideration of one hundred dollars paid by his father,quitclaimed to Daniel Stiles of Middleton Elijah’s interest in the easterly half of the dwelling house and one-half the farm in Middleton.[1]
