On 15 July 1800 (recorded 4 February 1806), Whitman Jacobs of Royalston “for the consideration of love and good will that I bear to my beloved wife Rebecah Jacobs and to my son Thomas Jacobs both of Royalston” conveyed to Rebecah and Thomas the whole of his half of the buildings on the farm he now owned along with 50 acres of land.
