In December 1829, ajudgment was issued against Ebenezer Price, Xerxes Price, and Isaac Fourate infavor of George Whitehead. There was a property seizure of a 146-acre tractwhich was then sold at auction to George W. Price.[1]Isaac Fouratt was a son-in-law of Xerxes and George W. Price was a son ofXerxes.
On 4 March 1830, XerxesPrice of South Amboy, in consideration of $697.02, conveyed 66 acres in SouthAmboy to Peter VanDeventer.[2]
