Property

On 29 September 1794, Nathan Austin yeoman was of Rochester when in consideration of three hundred dollars he sold 100 acres in Rochester to John Brown. Jr. of Antrim, New Hampshire. The property was lot number one in the first range. On 7 December 1802, Nathan purchased a farm property in Rochester from Ammi Currier for payment of eight hundred dollars. On 23 November 1812, Nathan Austin sold part of the farm on which he resided which he had purchased from Ammi Currier to Daniel Austin of Hancock, New Hampshire for payment of seven hundred dollars.
