On 12 November 1806, Joseph Emery gentleman of Pembroke,in consideration of $500, conveyed to Joseph Emery, Jr. yeoman of Pembroke a 60-acretract in Pembroke, lot number two in Birchstreet so-called, this being the land where Joseph, Jr. currently lived.
