1767, Aug:. 29. Van Reype, Cornelius, of Town and Co. of Bergen; will of. Wife, Altye, all real and personal, while my widow. Son, Garret, my house and 3 lots; also the salt meadows, to the north of Bergen Mills, and 19 acres of woodland at Crommels Point; also 1/2 the other land, except one lot to his brother, Daniel. Garret is to pay to his 3 sisters £75; they are, Bailitye, Yonitye and Altye. Son, Daniel, lot to the southwest of Gerret Newkerk, and rest of woodland
at Crommels Point, and V2 of the salt meadows. Executors: sons, Garret and Daniel. Witnesses—Daniel Van Winckel, Nicoleus Pryer, William Hawhey. Proved May 4, 1772.
