Probate
In his will written 13 April 1835 (proved 20 July1852), Daniel Spaulding of Westerlo bequeathed to his son Daniel Spalding allhis lands in Westerlo. Daughter Polly Spaulding now Polly Foster receives sevendollars in New York currency. Daughter Betsey Spaulding receives twentydollars. Son Moses Spaulding receives fifty dollars. Granddaughter Lovica VanWie receives five dollars.
