Her identity is confirmed by her probate record which includes signatures as parties to the estate of the attorney for Nathaniel Fenton and Eleazar Fenton. There is also Rebecca Knowlton who would be from her marriage to Nathaniel Fenton.

Is she the daughter of Edmund Chamberlain and Sarah Furbush?
