Beloved wife Hannah receives the household furniture, the two oldestcows, six sheep, two yearling heifers, two last spring heifers, two steer, onelast spring sow, plow, chain, and hoe. His will is that his wife and childrenshould have sufficient provisions for one year. Hannah receives one-third ofanything left after the sale of the estate with any interest from the estateuntil the eldest child reaches age fourteen, and then the subsequent parts ofthe estate to each child as they reach age fourteen. The rest of the estate isto be divided among his four children Josiah, Anthony, Lydia, and Parthenia,with Josiah to have as much as both the daughters, and Anthony to have three-fourthsthe amount of Josiah. The daughters will receive their portions at age eighteenor time of marriage. Abijah Cutler of Brookfield was named executor.
