Military
Jonathan Spaulding on Monson served as private inCapt. Freeborn Moulton’s company of Minute Men in the regiment of Col.Danielson that marched at the alarm on 19 April 1775, and returned on 3 May1775 with service of 18 days. He was one of 9-months men raised in Hampshire Countyenlisting 5 July 1778 in the company of Capt. Shaw. He is also shown on themuster roll of Capt.
