Probate
In his will written 30March 1812 (probate 7 July 1812), Joshua Frink bequeathed to beloved wife Annaall the indoor movables except one bed that was set out to him in his brother MatthiasFrink’s estate. Son Samuel receives one dollar as he has received his portion.Son Elias receives 10 acres of land in Voluntown. Daughter Lois Cole receivesone dollar as she has received her portion, as does daughter Marcy.Granddaughter Prudence Shepard receives twenty dollars as she has received partof her portion before. Son Joshua receives one dollar; son Zachariah, ten dollars;and son Ambrose, the remainder of the estate and is named executor.
