On 5 June 1765, Martha Cleaveland widow of Westford joined siblings Eleazer Butterfield blacksmith of Townsend and Jonathan Fish and his wife Dorothy of a place called No. 1 in the Province of New Hampshire in a quitclaim to interest in property of Gershom Heald’s estate that descended to them through their honored mother Dorothy Butterfield widow deceased. Their interests were transferred to Stephen Blood for payment of £16.[1]
