On 9 October 1838, inconsideration of one dollar, Benjamin Richardson, mason of Scituate, Ruthy and Sally Richardson of Scituate, single women formerly of Boston, and Ann Knoxwife of Robert Knox of Charlestown with Robert Knox quitclaimed to Samuel Richardson of Boston property on Grove Street in Boston. On 27 October 1838,Benjamin Richardson of Scituate with his wife Eliza relinquishing her right of dower quitclaimed interest in the same property to Samuel Richardson for one dollar.[1]
