On 7 February 1779, widow Elizabeth Heald submitted a statement that she had sold and conveyed her rights to the estate and all her right to dower thirds and desired that the estate be settled on Gershom Health the only son. Real estate was valued at £925.0.0 including the 200-acre homestead farm with dwelling house valued at £750.0.0. Distribution from the personal estate was made on 20 October 1779 with payment of the double share of £145.19.4 to Gershom Heald and single shares of £72.19.8 to David Dutton, Joseph Wright,and Eunice Bixby.
