Elizabethalso receives a list of annual provisions. Son Jacob receives two hundreddollars. Son Henry receives two hundred dollars. Daughters Margaret, Elizabeth,and Orilla each receives twenty-five dollars. The heirs of daughter Sallyreceive twenty-five dollars. If grandson Sylvanus A. Woodard remains in thehome and labors, he will receive a common school education and comfortable maintenance.Son Allen has already received three hundred dollars. Son Abijah receives onehundred dollars in lieu of the property in the house he now inhabits providedhe surrenders right of sole ownership of the property. Sons Abijah and Abiatharreceive the residue of the estate. Son Abiathar and friend Foster Foote werename executors.
