Property
On 13 April 1804, Sherebiah Hunt yeoman of Dunstable with his wife Susanna, in consideration of twelve hundred dollars,sold an undivided half of a property in Dunstable of about 60 acres to Jeremiah Hunt (likely his brother) and Benjamin Cutlar. On 30 January 1823, Sherebiah and wife Susanna were of Dunstable when they joined Susanna’s siblings in a quitclaim of property from the estate of honored father Samuel Pettengill that was set off to their honored mother Mary Pettengill.[1][1] NewHampshire Land Records, Hillsborough County, 64:241, 140:473
