There is disagreement as to whether the Phebe Holt who married Israel Litchfield was Phebe Holt daughter of Joshua and Keturah Holt or Phebe Canada Holt the widow of Nathaniel Holt who died in 1763. The sequence of the marriages for the two Phebe Holts that are of issue make is more likely that the Phebe who married Israel Litchfield was Phebe Canada Holt and that Phebe Holt who married Ebenezer Goodale was the daughter of Joshua and Keturah. The two Phebes were born the same year so that does not help differentiate them. But one of the children of Phebe and Israel was named Leonard and Phebe Canada was the daughter of Isaac Canada and Phebe Leonard.
