On 2 November 1798, Jeremiah Fletcher, yeoman of Westford with his wife Elizabeth,conveyed twenty-five acres in Westford to Silas Chandler for payment of $250.On the same date, Jeremiah and Elizabeth sold twenty-five acres to Jonathan Keyes for $240. Jeremiah, also on 2 November 1798, quitclaimed to Andrew Fletcher (his brother) Jeremiah’s rights to all the property held in partnership with Andrew for payment of $500, excepting the two pieces of land sold that day to Silas Chandler and Jonathan Keyes.[1]On 7 March 1799, Jeremiah Fletcher of Farmington, Lincoln County purchased lot number seventy-seven in Tyngstown containing 114 acres from Job Hardy for payment of $500. On 13 March 1801, Jeremiah Fletcher of Tyngstown purchased lot number ninety-three containing 64 acres in Tyngstown from John Reed for payment of $310.[1]
On 7 October 1809,Jeremiah Fletcher of Wilton sold 56 acres of lot number seventy-seven to Asa Fletcher for payment of $300. On 28 November 1833, Jeremiah sold to Jesse Fletcher 50 acres of lot ninety-three for $1,500. On 3 March 1835, Jesse Fletcher and his wife Dolly sold this property back to Jeremiah for $1,500. On27 October 1837, Jeremiah Fletcher, Jr. quitclaimed his interest in lot seventy-seven to David Fletcher and Polly Fletcher, singlewoman, for $71.50.[1]

Military
Jeremiah Fletcher was from Westford where he served as private in Capt. Timothy Underwood’s company of Col. William Prescott’s regiment of Minute Men that marched at the alarm on 19 April 1775. He later served as corporal in Capt. Aaron Jewett’s company with service at Saratoga.[1]Jeremiah received a pension based on his service with payments effective 4 March 1831.[2][1]Massachusetts Soldiers and Sailors in the Revolutionary War, volume 5, p 774
