A. G. Capen wrote his will 8 February 1870 while a resident of Panama, South America. The will was filed in New Hampshire. In his will, Albert left his entire estate to George Smith Hall, the son of his brother-in-law Theodore Hall, whom A. G. regards as his adopted son.
