Samuel Frye and his brother Amos received a 15-acre tract of woodland from their father Samuel in Samuel’s will. On 7 January 1819, Samuel Frye with his wife Hannah sold his portion of the land to Amos for one hundred dollars.222:152
On 6 December 1845, Samuel Frye of Andover with his wife Hannah sold ten acres of woodland in Andover to Robert Thompson of Dedham for payment of two thousand dollars.
