John Gedney may have married as his third wife Catherine Clark the widow of William. It is this William and Catherine that are possible parents for Hana Cleark that married John's son Bartholomew Gedney (from his second marriage). John Gedney's son, John Gedney, Jr. (from his first marriage) married Susanna Clearke (the sister of Hana Cleark) in 1659.
