Probate

Joseph Grafton did not leave a will. Inventory was completed in June 1671 and later presented by widow Elizabeth. The estate was divided between Elizabeth and two children. The children had grandfather Joseph Grafton named as guardian. The names of the two children are not given, and it is not entirely clear that there are just two children.
