Barker namedadministrator at the request of widow Sarah Barker. Real estate was valued at$3,784 and personal estate was $1,492.40. The dower was set to the widow SarahBarker. Distribution of real estate was made to son Jedediah H. On 26 September 1825, LeonardCarlton acting as guardian to Samuel B. Carlton and Sarah H. Carlton enteredinto a lease agreement with Jedediah H. Barker for two acres of the propertyfrom the estate of Nathan Barker. On 6 April 1827, Sarah Barker widow andSusanna Barker single woman of Andover, in consideration of ten dollars,quitclaimed their interest in part of the barn from the estate of Nathan Barkerto Jedediah H. Barker. On the same date, Susanna, in consideration of onehundred dollars, quitclaimed her interest in a tract of land from the estate ofNathan Barker to Jedediah H.
