On 17 April 1817, Peter Coburn gentleman of Dracut with his wife Elizabeth, in consideration on one thousand dollars, conveyed to his son Pascal P. Coburn one undivided half of all his lands on the westerly side of Beaver Brook in Dracut, the whole of the property being 180 acres. However,Pascal is not to convey the property to any person during the natural lives of Peter and Elizabeth. At the same time, there was a further indenture related to Pascal’s provisions to his parents during their lives.
