It is either Velinda Wood and he went to Wisconsin
or it is Marietta and he died in Troy, New York about 1860
It is looking more like Marietta as there is a guardian case for children of Oren and Marietta and Oren's sister Hannah PBS Rogers Van Ness of Charlemont is one of the sureties on the guardian bond.
The guardians are needed related to the sale of property in Deerfield owned by John Birge to settle his estate. The John Birge is the brother of Abi Birge Rogers who apparently did not marry and left land to his nieces and nephews. Oren Rogers would be one of those nephews and he was deceased at the time of the settlement of the estate.
So, definitely Marietta and he died in Troy, New York in 1856.
