On 20 June 1776, Sarah Goodwin relict of James Goodwin of Worcester, gentleman, deceased, in consideration of 266.7.11, relinquished her right of dower in the estate to James Goodwin, Joseph Goodwin, and John Goodwin, sons of the deceased, to Ignatius Goulding and Elizabeth Goulding his wife in her right, to Samuel Bridge and Mary Bridge is wife in her right, to Rebecca Goodwin, and to Tabitha Goodwin, daughters of the deceased James.

On 14 October 1776, in consideration of £6.6, three of the children of James Goodwin relinquished their eight-part rights in a pew owned by the late James Goodwin to Samuel Bridge. Those children were James Goodwin housewright of Lancaster, John Goodwin yeoman of Worcester, and Rebecca Goodwin spinster of Worcester. On 19 September 1776, Joel Doolittle felt maker of Petersham and Tabitha his wife sold their rights in the pew to Samuel Bridge for thirty shillings. On 6 December 1776, Ignatius Goulding gentleman and his wife Elizabeth of Holden and Joseph Goodwin in Gilford in Cumberland County, for payment of £7.10, conveyed their two-sevenths parts in the pew to Samuel Bridge.
