Probate
The distribution of the estate was 5 August 1803. It was determined that the real estate could not be divided without "prejudice" to the value. After the set off for the widow's third, there was a settlement of the real property to the eldest son Eliphalet and he was to pay $9.08 to each of his brothers Charles, Rufus, and John Andrews Adams.Vermont.
