Hendrick DeCamp may have been married twice, both times to a Sarah. One may be Sarah Marsh (or Moss) and the other Sarah Pack. It is not known. Some sources say he married Sarah Pack as a second wife and they were married by 1739, which would make her the mother of Phebe. But there is disagreement about this. But, Sarah and Hendrick named one of their sons Job. If Sarah was Sarah Pack, her father was Job Pack and that would make sense. But another idea is that Sarah Marsh was the first wife of about 1739, and that she died, and the second wife if from 1755 and that was Sarah Pack. The son Job was born in 1759.
