Probate
In his will written 10 December 1825 (proved 16 January 1826), David bequeathed to beloved wife Lydia household items that she brought with her to the marriage. Eldest son David, Jr. receives one dollar, second son Joseph receives a cow. Third son John and fourth son Joseph receive all the farm not heretofore disposed of, all the stock and farming tools, and the household furniture not bequeathed to Lydia. Fifth son Simeon receives one good bed and bedding and one hundred-forty dollars. Josiah Ambrose was named sole executor.New Hampshire.
