Case 14581, probate of John IngersollIn his will written 6 January 1832, John Ingersoll bequeathed to beloved wife Elizabeth the whole of personal estate, all the real estate during her natural life and she is free to sell or convey the real estate whenever she thinks this is fit. After her death, the estate goes to his children daughters Nancy Ingersoll, sons Nathaniel and David, and grandson John Ingersoll son of John who is deceased, and daughter Mary Hutchinson. Wife Elizabeth is named executrix.
