New Hampshire. Probate Court (Grafton County); Probate Place: Grafton, New Hampshire, Probate Records, Vol 15-16, 1833-1838, will of Richard Buswell, p 483In his will dated December 1834 (proved 8 November 1835), Richard Buswell bequeaths to wife Ann one undivided half of all the real estate land and tenements in Lebanon during her natural life. Anna also receives six shares in the Concord Bank and all the household furniture. The other half of the real estate was bequeathed to son Hammond Buswell as well as half of the stock animals. Son James O. Buswell receives five shares in the Bank of Lebanon and five hundred dollars. Daughters Almira Dustin and Anna Thom each receive three hundred dollars. Sons James and Hammond were named executors. In a codicil he adds five shares in the Merrimack County Bank to the bequest to James.
The will needs further review -- mentioned are wife Anna, sons Hammond and James, and daughters Almira Dustin and Ann Thom.
