Will
New Hampshire. Probate Court (Merrimack County); Probate Place: Merrimack, New Hampshire, Probate Records, Vol 25, 1847-1856, pp 650-651, will of Ebenezer Fisk, 22 April 1848In his will written 22 April 1848 (proved 1857), Ebenezer Fisk bequeaths to beloved wife Sarah all the household furniture, provisions, and one cow. Sarah receives use of the house farm during her natural life which is in lieu of her dower. Daughter Betsey Seavey wife of Andrew receives $200. Son Abria Fisk and daughter Eleanor Fisk receive all the residue of the estate. Abria is appointed executor.
