New Hampshire. Probate Court (Grafton County); Probate Place: Grafton, New Hampshire, volume 17, pp 58-59, will of Oliver FlandersIn his will written 11 August 1834 and proved 16 February 1838, Oliver Flanders refers to his real estate consisting of a farm and a grist mill which he received by deed from Moses Flanders 16 May 1828. He conveys this land and mill to his son Oliver Flanders, Jr. upon the conditions set forth in the will. Oliver, Jr. is to provide maintenance and support for Oliver and his wife and provide all things necessary for them in sickness and in health. Oliver is also to provide a comfortable home for his three unmarried sisters. If any of these sisters marry, Oliver will pay them thirty dollars at marriage. If Oliver, Jr. fails in his duties, then the real estate will be divided among the unmarried daughters, but if they all marry before the deaths of both parents, then it will be divided equally among all the daughters namely Martha, Susan, Abigail, Ann, Betsey, Mary, and Orilla. He has already provided for his other sons Peter, Moses, and Ebenezer, and makes no further provision for them. Abigail Flanders is named executor.
