Will
In his will written 18 February 1830, David Hinckley left his entire estate, real and personal, to his daughter Joanna Hinckley. But if son Benjamin was living when David died, Benjamin was to have the wearing apparel. After the payment of debts, Joanna at her discretion might divide what is left between herself and David's other two daughters Hannah Hinckley and Betsey Torrey. Joanna was named executrix of the estate.Endnotes
