Will
"After fulfilling the agreement entered into by myself and my son Bela Abbot respecting my support, if any of my estate remains unexpended, I dispose of it as follows." Daughter-in-law Fidelia Abbot wife of Bela receives $200. All the residue of the estate goes to son Bela and he is also named executor.
